Ultra Poi, LLC ("UltraPoi", "we", or "us") takes the privacy and protection of your Personal Information very seriously. By visiting and using our website (the "Site") you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes UltraPoi' practices with respect to Personal Information and Anonymous Information that we collect when you use the Site. Personal Information We Collect

When you contact us by sending us an e-mail, we will collect any information that is contained in (and/or attached to) your e-mail.

UltraPoi also stores a small text file called a "Cookies" on your computer to store your login information (if any). UltraPoi may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). We use this information to allow products to remain in your cart, to remember your login information, and to learn more about how people use the Site so that we may make improvements. Since the foregoing information may be collected when you are signed into the Site, this information may be associated by us with Personal Information that we have collected from you. We only use Anonymous information for Site and marketing optimization.

Other data collected may include, website activity, device and browser information, dd data, and data from ad partners.

Data Sharing

We may share information about how you have interacted with that our site or its Ads.

UltraPoi has put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, no company, including UltraPoi, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

Changes in this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through the Site interface. You agree that such amended Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) days after being posted, and your continued access to the Site after that time shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Ultra Poi, LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ultra Poi, LLC (“Ultra Poi, LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Ultra Poi, LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ultra Poi, LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ultra Poi, LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
